We offer both Comprihensive and Non-Compreihensive contracts talour made to suit our clients need & requirements. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing without charge any part(s) found to be defective.
Cover to include:
- 1. All parts, labor and callouts used during the period of the contract.
- 2. Four preventative maintenance visits for each machine, at three monthly intervals
- 3. 24-hour response time policy
- 4. 6- days per week service cover during the hours 09.00 to 22.00 hrs
- 5. PM visit includes supply of new air filter and interior halogen bulb if required.
Each preventative maintenance visit includes the following:
- Check all moving parts for wear
- Full diagnostic check
- Free software upgrades
- Electric safety checks
